1. We recommend you call us at least one month prior
to the desired date for reservations. We can reserve
groups with less than one months notice, but due to
time constraints we prefer reservations to be made

2. Please call us 3 days before your outing to confirm
the number of guests attending. Remember: we prefer
your guest count does not decrease the day of your

3. Group leaders should arrive 10 minutes prior to
the start of the outing, if possible. Please report
to front desk/party check-in.
4. We accept cash, business check, VISA, and MasterCard.
5. No outside food is permitted, unless approved
in writing by an authorized Sports Emporium employee.

7. For your guests' safety, age and height restrictions
may apply to some activities.
8. Please keep in mind that the amount of reserved
table space, if applicable, is allocated for the amount
of reservations in your party.
9. Our deposit policy is as follows: a 50% deposit
is due at the booking of your outing. Your deposit
is non-refundable but fully transferable. We accept
cash, business
check, VISA, and MasterCard for your deposit.
10. The final balance is due prior to your group
leaving. We accept cash, business check, VISA, and MasterCard.
11. You will receive a contract either via mail or
fax for your group outing. Please read the contract
carefully, sign it, and return it to the Sports Emporium
at your earliest convenience.
