1. Due to other scheduled groups, late arrivals may not receive their full playing time.
2. If the number of players decreases, please call Sports Emporium within 24 hours so arrangements can be made. We recommend you book for the maximum number of players and then decrease within 24 hours before the party. Laser tag is very popular and we cannot guarantee additional slots will be available if you increase the size of your party.
3. Your party will be split up evenly when playing. This means that all of the players participating in the party will not be on the same team. They will be playing against each other.
4. Exclusive arena rental requires a minimum of 32 players in the Laser Tag reservation.
5. Players must be 7 years or older to play Laser Tag.
How to make any party at Sports Emporium the best it can be:
1. We recommend you call us at least two weeks prior to the party date for reservations. We can reserve parties with less than two weeks notice, but due to time constraints we prefer reservations to be made two weeks prior. Give us a call at (717) 258-4741 to see what time slots are available.
2. A 50% deposit is due at the time of booking your party. Cash or a credit card (Visa or Mastercard only) may be used for deposit. No personal checks will be accepted. Deposits are nonrefundable, but fully transferable.
3. The remaining balance for your party is due when your party checks in.
4. Please call us 3 days before you party to confirm the number of children attending. Remember: your guest count cannot decrease the day of your party.
5. Sports Emporium does not offer cash refunds. In cases where fewer players attend the party and 24 hour notice is not given, full payment is due for the original number of players. Up to 5 free game plays will be given as compensation.
6. Parents should arrive 10 minutes prior to the start of the party. Please report to the front desk/ party check-in upon arrival.
7. All players must arrive at party arrival time.
8. Except for birthday cakes, we do not allow outside food or beverages. If you have special dietary needs, we'd be happy to discuss them prior to your event.
9. For your child's and guest's safety, age and height restrictions may apply to some activities. All Laser Tag players must be at least 7 years old to play. All racers must be at least 45" to drive the Rookie Karts, 58" to drive the Grand Prix Karts, and 16 years old with photo I.D. to drive the Super Slick Karts.
10. Sports Emporium provides seating for all playing members of the party. For additional seating, please request as soon as possible and we will try to accomodate your needs.
11. The party table is available to you for 1 hour. After that time, we ask that you remove your belongings so that we may set up for the next party. You and your guests are welcome to stay and play after your table time is over.
12. Additional food is available to the party and your guests. Please ask your hostess if you wish to purchase additional food.
13. We offer add-on activities at a discounted rate exclusively for parties. Please ask your hostess for further information.
14. Please return your comment card to us so we can reward our outstanding associates and make improvements for future visits. |
